Our Story

In the spring of 1998 Shine-Eze Window Care was established. Our goal was to provide people with “quality window cleaning” in a “timely manner”. Customers have come to expect that when they have an appointment booked 6 months down the road at 10:00, Shine-Eze will be there. As the company grew, soft-washed siding and gutter cleaning became part of that very same commitment to service.

Customers appreciate the fact that Shine-Eze arrives on time, completes the job, and leaves everything better than before they arrived. Attention to detail, including moving and replacing furniture, being careful to not damage plants and perennials, and even making sure the dog gets a good pet is part of every job.

Offering quality service also means you require quality staff. Shine-Eze runs a loyal, experienced crew. Trained in all aspects of the job, including lift and fall-arrest. The crew includes members who have been with the company for as many as 20 years. Most long time customers know them all by name.

Shine-Eze began as a small part-time business with a customer base of almost zero and shaped it into the thriving company that it is today. The attention to customer service has grown the business into a loyal returning customer base.
