Do you provide free quotes?
Yes actually, we prefer that you get a quote before we proceed with the work. We like to know the extent of the job before we arrive. Not only are the quotes free but the price is guaranteed.
Do you do interior window cleaning?
Yes, in fact 99% of all residential customers prefer that we clean both the interior and exterior windows.
Do you clean skylights?
Yes, as long as we can find a safe way to access your skylight we can clean it.
Do you clean screens?
Yes, screens are cleaned on all residential jobs and can be cleaned on commercial jobs if requested.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, unless the weather is completely unreasonable (big south-easter) we will clean your windows in the rain. Ultimately the decision to clean in the rain is up to the customer but we clean as long as it is safe to do so.
How does your repeat scheduling work?
Customers can book for regular cleanings on whatever frequency best suits them. Most residential customers get windows cleaned twice a year. On that frequency we would book something such as the 2nd Tuesday in April and 10:00 and the 2nd Tuesday in September at 10:00. Customers would then receive a reminder email the week before their appointment. Sometimes the date for that year does not work for a customer. This is not a problem. As long as we know in advance, we can normally switch you with one of our other appointments. The key is to have a space booked so that we can move your appointment while not forcing someone else to lose theirs.
Are you insured?
What does liability insurance cover?
Liability insurance covers any damage to persons or property while working on your property.
What does WCB cover?
WCB covers any injuries to our employees while on your property. Injuries to uninsured workers can fall back on the owners personal home insurance.
Do you clean the sill of the window?
On a general cleaning sills are given a general cleaning to remove any water and larger amounts of dirt. We do offer complete sill cleaning where, not only is the sill cleaned, but the window is dismantled, treated for mold, and given a thorough detailed clean.
How much does a complete sill cleaning cost?
A complete detail is billed at our hourly rate. You can expect a complete cleaning to be on average 2 to 3 times the cost of a regular window cleaning.
